What we test before a carton is sealed

Price breaks and payment terms
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For former smokers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
We publish a realistic band of 3.17 to 9.66 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
