Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. Shipping without surprises
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 28 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.

Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
