Building an assortment that actually turns

We publish a realistic band of 3.39 to 9.66 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.

For repeat buyers we hold a shipping schedule rather than shipping on request. A fixed weekly cut-off means your reorder lands before the shelf empties instead of after.
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.
