Assortment planning without the guesswork
A practical starting order for former smokers is 120 units across two or three SKUs, not 120 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
When you compare suppliers for THC vape, ask for the last three production dates on the same SKU. If the answers are vague, the specification is not being held and the next batch will not match the sample you approved.
Compliance without the last-minute scramble
Labels are where good orders go wrong. Nicotine warnings, child-resistant closures, batch coding and market-specific text all have to be correct before the pallet leaves. Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.

We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 120 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
